Trojans, Prospectors find way onto All-Conference Basketball Teams

The 2017-2018 District 12C All-Conference Basketball Teams were released Monday, with players from Granite and Drummond high schools both well represented.

Senior Jaden Comings of Granite made the First Team squad for the girls, with Lady Trojan seniors Morgan Radtke and Allie Parke representing Drummond. Parke and Comings are on the roster for the Southwest Montana All-Star Game being played tonight (Tuesday, March 13, 2018) in Butte.

Drummond's Junior Sara Kielley was named to the Second Team All-Conference, while Sophomore Emma Grange earned the same honor for the Lady Prospectors. Grange was named as an alternate to the all-star game's roster.

Juniors Jonah Parke and Colby Manley were tabbed as First Team selections from the Drummond Boys Basketball Team, with Granite senior Colton Grange being named to the squad as well.

Making the second team were: Riley Allen, Junior, Drummond; Luke Holland, Junior, Drummond; Kade Cutler, Freshman, Granite; Jaxon Lee, Junior, Granite.

Granite County earned five spots in the all-star game, all on the Treasure State roster, giving the players one final chance to play together on the hardwood instead of going head-to-head. Parke, Holland and Grange made the starting roster with Allen and Manley being named alternates.
